Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations and strategic vision for oncology division
- Design and implement precision medicine protocols for solid tumors
- Lead FDA-regulated clinical trials and phase I-III studies
- Collaborate with pharmaceutical partners on translational research
- Develop quality metrics and compliance frameworks
- Mentor fellows and advance departmental academic output

Qualifications
- Board-certified in Medical Oncology with 10+ years' experience
- PhD or Master's in Translational Medicine preferred
- Proven track record in NCI trial leadership
- Strong publication record (NEJM/JCO preferred)
- Expertise in biomarker-driven therapy design
- Licensure in Massachusetts (or ability to obtain)
- Experience with oncology EHR systems (Epic/Oncology)
- FDA regulatory affairs knowledge
