Responsibilities
- Oversee clinical operations and quality improvement programs across 5+ departments
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment protocols aligned with JCAHO standards
- Lead interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient care pathways and reduce readmission rates
- Collaborate with research institutions on clinical trials and translational medicine initiatives
- Represent the organization in regulatory compliance audits and policy development
- Mentor senior medical staff and oversee physician credentialing processes
Qualifications
- MD/DO with board certification in relevant medical specialty
- 10+ years clinical experience with 5+ years in leadership role
- Fellowship or advanced degree in healthcare administration or related field
- Demonstrated success in quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations (HIPAA, EMTALA, ACA)
- Exceptional strategic planning and financial acumen
