- Ensure HIPAA/JCAHO compliance and maintain zero-deficiency audit records
- Represent BMC in regional healthcare coalitions and policy forums
- Mentor 25+ physicians and 100+ allied health professionals
Qualifications
- Board-certified physician with 10+ years clinical leadership experience
- MD/DO degree from ACGME-accredited institution
- Fellowship in Medical Management or Healthcare Administration
- Proven track record in reducing patient readmission rates by 25%+
- Expertise in value-based care models and population health management
- Published research in peer-reviewed medical journals
- Massachusetts medical license (active and unrestricted)
