Responsibilities
- Oversee daily resort operations including F&B, housekeeping, guest services, and maintenance teams
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize occupancy and revenue
- Lead talent acquisition, training, and performance management for 100+ staff
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement for luxury amenities
- Ensure compliance with international hospitality standards and local regulations
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to drive innovation
- Coordinate with marketing team to enhance brand visibility and guest loyalty
Qualifications
- 10+ years in luxury hospitality management with 5+ in resort leadership
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in premium destinations
- Certified in international hospitality management (e.g., CHIA, AHLEI)
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Expertise in PMS systems (Opera, Oracle) and revenue management
- Strong crisis management and conflict resolution abilities
- Deep understanding of Indonesian tourism regulations and cultural nuances
