Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including F&B, housekeeping, guest services, and activities departments
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest satisfaction and revenue growth
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of 150+ hospitality professionals
- Ensure compliance with international safety standards and sustainable practices
- Forge partnerships with local tourism boards and luxury travel agencies
- Drive digital marketing campaigns and brand reputation management
- Optimize operational budgets while maintaining luxury service standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years in luxury hospitality management with 5+ years at resort director level
- Proven track record in revenue management exceeding $15M annually
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Certification in hospitality management (e.g., Cornell, AHLEI)
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian tourism regulations and sustainability practices
- Exceptional crisis management and emergency response experience
- Strong financial acumen with P&L responsibility expertise
