As Resort Manager, you'll lead a dynamic team of 150+ staff across departments including F&B, guest services, and recreation. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily resort operations ensuring flawless execution of guest experiences
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue growth
- Lead and mentor department heads while fostering a culture of excellence
- Manage budgets, P&L statements, and cost optimization initiatives
- Coordinate with marketing team to enhance brand visibility and guest acquisition
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and sustainability practices
- Build relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, and local authorities
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years hospitality management experience with 3+ in luxury resorts
- Proven track record in revenue management and P&L oversight
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages preferred
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tourism regulations and certification
- Certified Hospitality Administrator (CHA) or equivalent qualification
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Demonstrated success in staff development and retention strategies
