Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Lead, mentor, and train a diverse team of hospitality professionals
- Monitor and maintain resort standards across all departments
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and cost optimization
- Coordinate with marketing team to promote resort offerings
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years in luxury hospitality management
- Proven track record in resort operations and team leadership
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Strong financial acumen and budget management skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Certification in hotel management preferred
- Deep knowledge of Bali tourism landscape
