Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and monitor F&B strategies that align with the company's vision and financial objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of daily F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and catering services.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of F&B professionals, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Manage budgets, P&L statements, and inventory control to ensure maximum profitability and operational efficiency.
- Drive menu development and innovation, working closely with Executive Chefs and culinary teams to create compelling offerings.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.
- Cultivate exceptional guest relationships, proactively addressing feedback to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure high-quality products at competitive prices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in Food & Beverage management, preferably within a luxury hotel or high-volume fine-dining environment.
- Proven track record of success in managing complex F&B operations, including financial performance and team leadership.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a strong ability to motivate and develop staff.
- In-depth knowledge of current F&B trends, cost control, inventory management, and revenue generation strategies.
- Proficiency in F&B management software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as business demands.
- Demonstrated understanding of NYC health codes and regulations.
