Responsibilities
- Direct all guest-facing operations across resort amenities including concierge, housekeeping, and beach club services
- Implement personalized guest profiling systems to anticipate and exceed expectations
- Lead team of 25+ hospitality professionals through daily briefings and performance coaching
- Resolve complex guest inquiries with solutions-oriented approach maintaining 95%+ satisfaction rate
- Coordinate with F&B and spa departments to create seamless multi-experience packages
- Analyze guest feedback data to identify service improvement opportunities
- Oversee VIP arrival experiences including airport transfers and welcome rituals
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management or equivalent field experience
- 5+ years luxury hospitality experience with 2+ years in leadership roles
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages highly valued
- Proven track record in maintaining AAA Five Diamond or Forbes五星 standards
- Advanced certification in guest experience management (e.g., Cornell EHLE)
- Expertise in Opera PMS and CRM systems
- Strong crisis management and conflict resolution skills
- Valid Bali Tourism certification (Bali Tourism Authority)
