Are you a visionary leader with a passion for excellence in hospitality? Azure Horizon Resorts & Spas is seeking an accomplished General Manager to oversee our flagship luxury boutique property in the heart of Ubud, Bali.
As the General Manager, you will be the custodian of our brand identity, ensuring that every guest experience is nothing short of extraordinary. You will lead a diverse, high-performing team and manage all aspects of operations, from financial performance to strategic brand positioning.
Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end daily hotel operations, ensuring service standards exceed international luxury benchmarks.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue, maximize GOP, and manage departmental budgets.
- Cultivate a culture of excellence, mentorship, and professional development among the management team and staff.
- Maintain impeccable property standards, ensuring facilities and aesthetic elements reflect our premium positioning.
- Manage key stakeholder and owner relations with transparency and proactive communication.
- Lead innovative guest relations initiatives to increase loyalty and maintain high OTA ratings.
- Ensure full compliance with local labor laws, health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive management experience in luxury boutique hotels or high-end resorts.
- Proven track record in managing P&L and delivering strong financial results in the hospitality sector.
- Deep understanding of the Balinese tourism landscape and cultural context.
- Exceptional leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to motivate multicultural teams.
- Proficiency in Property Management Systems (PMS) and hospitality data analytics.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (Bahasa Indonesia) is highly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (MBA is a plus).
