Responsibilities
- Develop and implement innovative guest experience strategies that elevate our brand position in the luxury market.
- Oversee all front-of-house operations, ensuring seamless arrival, stay, and departure experiences.
- Analyze guest feedback trends to implement proactive service improvements and operational adjustments.
- Mentor and coach department heads to foster a culture of service excellence and empowerment.
- Manage high-profile guest relations and VIP arrangements with absolute discretion and precision.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to design bespoke guest packages and exclusive on-property events.
- Maintain strict quality assurance standards through regular audits and performance reporting.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of leadership experience in a 5-star luxury resort or boutique hotel environment.
- Proven track record of improving guest satisfaction scores (GSS) and TripAdvisor/Net Promoter rankings.
- Exceptional emotional intelligence and the ability to navigate complex, high-stakes service scenarios.
- Strong financial acumen with experience managing departmental P&L and operational budgets.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is highly advantageous.
- A deep understanding of Bali's unique cultural landscape and local tourism regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure, and demanding luxury environment.
