Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end daily hotel operations, ensuring alignment with global luxury standards.
- Develop and execute annual business plans and budgets to maximize property profitability.
- Lead and mentor a diverse, multi-cultural team of department heads.
- Curate bespoke guest experiences that reflect the unique cultural heritage of Bali.
- Maintain rigorous compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Foster strong relationships with local stakeholders and international tour partners.
- Monitor guest feedback metrics to drive continuous service improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years of senior management experience in luxury resorts or boutique hotels.
- Proven track record in driving revenue growth and operational excellence.
- Exceptional fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a significant advantage.
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L management and capital expenditure planning.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing hospitality teams.
- Deep understanding of digital marketing and OTA management strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related business field.
