Peak Elegance Resorts is seeking a visionary General Manager to lead our flagship luxury property in Aspen, Colorado. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall success of the resort, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects our brand's commitment to sophistication and personalized care. You will lead a high-performing team, manage complex P&L accounts, and drive the strategic growth of the property.
Responsibilities
- Direct all resort operations including Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Spa services to ensure Forbes Five-Star standards.
- Develop and execute annual strategic business plans to maximize RevPAR and GOP margins.
- Foster a culture of professional growth, mentoring a team of over 150 employees to deliver exceptional service.
- Cultivate relationships with VIP guests and stakeholders to enhance brand loyalty and community presence.
- Oversee capital improvement projects and property maintenance to preserve the resort's premium asset value.
- Analyze financial reports and market trends to adjust pricing and operational strategies in real-time.
Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of executive leadership experience in a luxury resort or hotel environment.
- Proven track record managing Forbes Five-Star or AAA Five-Diamond rated properties.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Exceptional financial acumen with expert-level knowledge of P&L management and budgeting.
- Advanced interpersonal and communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
- Demonstrated ability to innovate guest experiences and drive operational efficiencies.
- Deep understanding of the Aspen market or similar high-end seasonal destinations.
