You will lead a diverse team of hospitality professionals, ensuring that our brand standards of elegance, serenity, and service excellence are exceeded daily.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans to achieve revenue targets and increase guest satisfaction ratings.
- Oversee all hotel departments, including Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, and Spa, ensuring seamless coordination.
- Manage the annual operating budget, capital expenditures, and P&L performance.
- Maintain the resort’s reputation for excellence by personally engaging with high-profile guests.
- Implement sustainable and eco-friendly practices in alignment with our brand values.
- Mentor and develop department heads to foster a culture of service-oriented leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with local Indonesian labor laws and health and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8-10 years of senior management experience in luxury hospitality, preferably in Bali or similar tropical markets.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related business field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven track record in managing P&L and driving ROI for luxury properties.
- Exceptional fluency in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a significant advantage.
- Expertise in international luxury service standards and premium guest lifecycle management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a culturally diverse workforce.
- Highly organized with an unwavering attention to detail and aesthetic quality.
