Responsibilities
- Oversee all resort operations including accommodation, dining, recreational facilities, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets and market growth
- Manage P&L, budgeting, and financial controls with 15% annual profit growth targets
- Lead talent acquisition, training, and performance management for 200+ team members
- Forge partnerships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and local tourism authorities
- Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and sustainability certifications
- Drive digital marketing initiatives and enhance online reputation (4.8+ rating maintenance)
Qualifications
- 10+ years in luxury hospitality management with 5+ years at director level
- Proven track record in revenue management and P&L optimization
- Deep understanding of Bali tourism market and international luxury travelers
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages valued
- Certification in hospitality management or business administration
- Experience with CRM systems, yield management, and digital marketing tools
- Exceptional crisis management and problem-solving abilities
- Passion for Balinese culture and sustainable tourism practices
