Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic client care
- Document clinical progress accurately in compliance with regulatory standards
- Advocate for clients within community systems and social services networks
- Facilitate psychoeducational workshops on mental health and wellness
- Participate in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision
Qualifications
- LMSW/LCSW license in New York State
- Minimum 3 years post-master's clinical experience
- Expertise in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention
- Strong diagnostic and treatment planning abilities
- Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual proficiency in Spanish highly preferred
- Excellent communication and cultural humility skills
- Valid NYC driver's license and reliable transportation
