Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using trauma-informed approaches
- Develop and implement personalized treatment plans for diverse clientele
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and crisis interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate holistic care
- Advocate for clients through community resource navigation and policy engagement
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Lead outreach programs to underserved populations in urban communities
Qualifications
- LCSW licensure in Illinois (required)
- 3+ years post-licensure clinical experience with vulnerable populations
- Expertise in CBT, DBT, and crisis intervention modalities
- Proven ability to work with trauma survivors, LGBTQ+ youth, and refugee communities
- Strong cultural competency and anti-racism practice
- Experience with EHR systems and outcome measurement tools
- Master's degree in Social Work from CSWE-accredited program
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for home visits
