Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based modalities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop treatment plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic client care
- Facilitate crisis intervention and safety planning for high-risk clients
- Advocate for clients and connect them with community resources
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with HIPAA standards
Qualifications
- LCSW licensure in the state of Illinois
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
- 3+ years of clinical experience with trauma-informed populations
- Knowledge of DBT, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing techniques
- Experience working with diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds
- Strong crisis intervention and de-escalation skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
