Responsibilities
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy using CBT and trauma-informed approaches
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
- Coordinate interdisciplinary care with healthcare providers and community organizations
- Lead crisis intervention services for high-risk populations
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Facilitate psychoeducational workshops on mental health and resilience
- Advocate for client needs within healthcare and social service systems
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution
- Current New York State LCSW license
- 3+ years post-licensure clinical experience in mental health settings
- Expertise in crisis intervention and trauma-informed care
- Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems
- Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency strongly preferred
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
