Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed modalities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments and develop personalized treatment plans
- Coordinate care with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists, nurses, and community partners
- Facilitate crisis intervention and stabilization services for high-risk populations
- Lead outreach initiatives to connect marginalized groups with essential resources
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance
- Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- LCSW licensure in Illinois with at least 3 years post-licensure experience
- Specialized training in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention protocols
- Proven ability to work with diverse populations including LGBTQ+, refugees, and low-income families
- Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and documentation standards
- Masters in Social Work from CSWE-accredited program
- Bilingual Spanish/English proficiency preferred
- Strong cultural competency and anti-racism training
- Experience with grant reporting and outcome measurement
