Responsibilities

- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate machine learning models into physical hardware.
- Conduct rigorous literature reviews and patent analysis to ensure technological superiority.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of scientific excellence and peer-reviewed innovation.
- Prepare technical documentation, research papers, and executive summaries for project stakeholders.
- Manage laboratory budget, equipment procurement, and cross-departmental compliance.
Qualifications
- PhD in Robotics, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial or academic research and development.
- Proven track record of publishing in high-impact journals or securing technology patents.
- Expertise in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Deep understanding of motion planning, control theory, or sensor fusion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for action.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
