Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of R&D projects from conceptual ideation to functional prototyping.

- Author high-impact technical reports, whitepapers, and patent applications to secure intellectual property.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster an inclusive, high-performance R&D environment.
- Present research progress and strategic pivots to executive leadership and key stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of emerging industry trends and breakthrough academic research to maintain our competitive edge.
Qualifications
- PhD in Materials Science, Physics, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in advanced research settings.
- Proven track record of innovation, evidenced by patents or peer-reviewed publications in top-tier journals.
- Expertise in Python, R, or C++ for data analysis and complex system simulation.
- Strong background in experimental design and statistical analysis.
- Exceptional leadership abilities with a history of managing high-performing, technical teams.
