You will work at the intersection of chemistry and nanotechnology, leading a multidisciplinary team to turn theoretical concepts into industry-leading applications.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full R&D lifecycle from conceptual design through to prototype validation.
- Direct high-level experimental research, data collection, and statistical analysis.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering and Product, to ensure seamless technology transfer.
- Prepare technical reports, patent filings, and white papers to document scientific breakthroughs.
- Identify emerging market trends to influence the strategic R&D roadmap.
- Maintain compliance with stringent safety protocols and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- PhD in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6+ years of professional R&D experience in a laboratory environment.
- Proven track record of developing and commercializing new materials or technologies.
- Deep expertise in analytical testing, SEM/TEM imaging, and computational modeling software.
- Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing high-performance scientific teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a methodical approach to scientific inquiry.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
