Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of R&D projects from conceptualization to prototyping and clinical validation.
- Design and execute complex experiments to evaluate novel molecular compounds.
- Analyze multi-dimensional data sets to derive actionable insights for product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including regulatory affairs and clinical operations, to ensure compliance and project alignment.
- Mentor and guide a team of researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and scientific excellence.
- Document research findings in technical reports and contribute to peer-reviewed scientific journals.
- Present project status and strategic R&D updates to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- PhD in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of post-doctoral or industry experience in a dedicated R&D setting.
- Deep expertise in CRISPR, gene editing technologies, or advanced high-throughput screening.
- Proven track record of managing complex scientific projects and meeting tight research milestones.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in statistical software and data visualization tools (e.g., R, Python, GraphPad Prism).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
