- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of rigorous scientific inquiry and continuous improvement.
- Author high-impact white papers, patent applications, and internal technical documentation.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Manage laboratory resources, budgets, and compliance with institutional safety standards.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Materials Science, Physics, Chemistry, or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional R&D experience, preferably within a tech-focused industrial setting.
- Proven track record of managing complex technical projects and cross-functional teams.
- Deep expertise in analytical methodologies, experimental design, and data modeling (Python/R).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
