Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Physics, Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in an industrial R&D environment.
- Proven track record of taking research projects from laboratory settings to commercial viability.
- Expertise in advanced statistical modeling and data visualization tools (Python/R/MATLAB).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a high degree of technical aptitude.
- Strong communication skills, capable of translating complex research into business value.
