Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Engineering, Applied Physics, or a related scientific discipline.
- 5+ years of professional experience in an industrial R&D environment.
- Proven track record of taking complex prototypes through to commercial launch.
- Expertise in experimental design, statistical analysis, and simulation software.
- Exceptional analytical skills with a focus on problem-solving in high-stakes environments.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
