Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end research projects from theoretical modeling to empirical testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies into existing product lines.
- Author high-quality technical reports, white papers, and patent applications.
- Mentor junior researchers and foster a culture of rigorous scientific inquiry.
- Analyze experimental data using statistical tools to drive product optimization.
- Present research findings and progress updates to executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial or academic R&D environments.
- Proven track record of taking complex prototypes through to production-ready status.
- Expertise in advanced data modeling, simulation software, and lab instrumentation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings to stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in securing patents or publishing in top-tier peer-reviewed journals.
