Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and testing of advanced AI algorithms for robotics perception and control.
- Architect scalable software systems to process real-time sensor data (LiDAR, Camera, IMU).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers and product managers to define technical requirements.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in computer vision and reinforcement learning.
- Prepare technical documentation and patents for proprietary technologies.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in R&D, with a focus on AI/ML, Computer Vision, or Autonomous Systems.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and ROS (Robot Operating System).
- Deep understanding of machine learning frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience with embedded systems and sensor fusion algorithms.
- Proven ability to publish in top-tier conferences (CVPR, ICRA, IROS) is a plus.
