Responsibilities
- Design and execute complex clinical trials adhering to FDA/ICH guidelines
- Lead cross-functional teams in therapeutic development from discovery to preclinical
- Analyze biomedical data using advanced statistical methods and AI tools
- Mentor junior scientists and optimize laboratory workflows
- Secure grant funding through compelling NIH/NSF proposals
- Ensure GMP/GLP compliance and maintain regulatory documentation
- Present findings at international conferences and peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- PhD or MD/PhD in Life Sciences, Pharmacology, or related field
- 8+ years of progressive research experience in clinical trials
- Proven track record of FDA-approved therapeutic development
- Expertise in molecular biology, immunology, or genomics
- Strong publication record in high-impact journals (Nature, Science, Cell)
- Experience with regulatory submissions (IND/BLA)
- Certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills
