Responsibilities
- Design and execute cutting-edge clinical trials in oncology and immunotherapy
- Lead interdisciplinary research teams of 5-8 scientists and clinicians
- Secure and manage NIH/industry research grants ($2M+ annually)
- Publish findings in high-impact journals (NEJM, Nature Medicine)
- Develop novel biomarker identification protocols

- Mentor junior researchers through formal training programs
Qualifications
- PhD or MD/PhD in Life Sciences with 8+ years research experience
- Track record of 3+ peer-reviewed publications in top-tier journals

- Proven grant-writing success with $5M+ secured funding
