Responsibilities
- Design and execute Phase I-III clinical trials with rigorous protocol adherence
- Lead cross-functional teams of biologists, statisticians, and regulatory affairs specialists
- Interpret complex genomic and proteomic data to identify therapeutic targets
- Present findings to FDA, NIH, and international regulatory bodies
- Maintain compliance with ICH-GCP and HIPAA standards
- Mentor junior researchers and publish 2+ peer-reviewed papers annually
Qualifications
- PhD or MD/PhD in Molecular Biology, Immunology, or related field
- 8+ years of clinical trial experience in oncology or rare disease research
- Proven track record of FDA-approved drug development
- Certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Expertise in CRISPR and next-generation sequencing technologies
- Strong publication record in Nature/Science/Cell journals
- Experience leading international multi-center trials
