Responsibilities
- Design and execute Phase I-III clinical trials for neurological therapeutics
- Lead cross-functional research teams (MDs, PhDs, biostatisticians)
- Analyze complex genomic and proteomic datasets
- Present findings at international conferences and peer-reviewed journals
- Secure NIH/NSF grants and manage research budgets
- Mentor junior scientists and ensure GCP/ICH compliance
Qualifications
- PhD or MD/PhD in Neuroscience, Pharmacology, or related field
- 8+ years of clinical trial experience in CNS disorders
- Proven track record of FDA submissions and IND approvals
- Expertise in neuroimaging (fMRI, PET) and biomarker analysis
- Strong publication record in high-impact journals
- Certification in Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
