Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, comprehensive primary care and preventive health services to a diverse patient panel.
- Perform advanced diagnostic evaluations, formulate treatment plans, and prescribe therapeutic interventions.
- Lead and mentor a team of registered nurses and medical assistants to ensure optimal clinic workflows and safety standards.
- Seamlessly coordinate care transitions and collaborate with local specialists and hospital networks.
- Utilize advanced EHR platforms and remote patient monitoring tools to track and improve long-term patient clinical outcomes.
- Participate in clinical quality initiatives, peer reviews, and the optimization of clinical protocols.
Qualifications
- Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing (MSN/DNP) from an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner program.
- Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Massachusetts.
- Board certification (AANP or ANCC) as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of direct clinical experience in primary care, family medicine, or urgent care.
- Active DEA registration and Massachusetts Prescriptive Authority.
- Proven proficiency with modern EHR systems (e.g., Athenahealth, Epic) and digital health tools.
