Responsibilities
- Lead design development and documentation for complex architectural projects
- Manage project teams and coordinate with engineering consultants
- Ensure compliance with building codes and sustainability standards
- Present design concepts to clients and municipal authorities
- Mentor junior architects and design staff
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies
- Oversee construction administration and quality control
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from accredited institution
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial/residential design
- Licensure as registered architect (RA) in Illinois
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Strong portfolio demonstrating complex project leadership
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills
- Experience with BIM implementation and project management
