Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architectural project delivery from conceptual design to construction documentation
- Develop innovative design solutions aligned with client vision and sustainability standards
- Coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors, and regulatory authorities
- Mentor junior architects and guide design review processes
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders through compelling visualizations
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and ADA requirements
- Drive BIM implementation and digital workflow optimization
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 8+ years of progressive experience in commercial/residential architecture
- Registered Architect (RA) license in Illinois
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Proven track record of managing complex $50M+ projects
- Strong portfolio demonstrating innovative design and technical excellence
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
- Exceptional communication and client relationship management skills
