Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architectural projects from concept to completion
- Develop innovative design solutions addressing client needs and sustainability goals
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Mentor junior architects and foster collaborative team culture
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- 10+ years of progressive architectural experience
- Licensure as a registered architect (RA)
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM software
- Portfolio showcasing 5+ landmark projects
- LEED AP or WELL AP certification preferred
- Strong project management and client communication skills
