Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architectural design from concept to construction documentation
- Manage cross-functional teams including engineers, contractors, and clients
- Develop innovative sustainable design solutions compliant with LEED and WELL standards
- Present design proposals to municipal planning boards and stakeholders
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality assurance protocols
- Mentor junior architects and contribute to firm-wide R&D initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 10+ years of progressive experience in commercial/residential projects
- Registered Architect license (NY State or NCARB certification)
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM modeling software
- Proven portfolio of award-winning sustainable designs
- Strong knowledge of NYC zoning codes and building regulations
- Excellent client management and presentation skills
