Responsibilities
- Lead design development for commercial and mixed-use projects
- Manage project teams including junior architects and consultants
- Ensure compliance with building codes and sustainability standards
- Present designs to clients and stakeholders
- Oversee construction documentation and site coordination
- Drive innovation in sustainable design practices
- Maintain client relationships and business development
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- 10+ years of progressive architectural experience
- Licensure as a Registered Architect in New York State
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D modeling software
- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse project types
- LEED AP certification preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
