Responsibilities
- Lead design development and construction documentation for mixed-use and commercial projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (MEP, structural, interiors) through all project phases
- Ensure compliance with NYC Building Code, ADA standards, and LEED requirements
- Manage client relationships and present design solutions to stakeholders
- Mentor junior architects and conduct design reviews
- Integrate BIM technology (Revit) for parametric design and coordination
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from NAAB-accredited institution
- 10+ years progressive experience in commercial/residential architecture
- NY State Architect License (R.A.) required
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Portfolio demonstrating complex urban projects
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of NYC zoning and permitting processes
