Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design development for mixed-use and commercial projects
- Coordinate with engineering and sustainability consultants to ensure compliance
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and client communications
- Mentor junior architects through design reviews and technical guidance
- Prepare construction documentation and oversee implementation phases
- Research emerging materials and technologies for innovative solutions
- Present designs to clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture with 8+ years of professional experience
- Registered architect license (California) required
- Portfolio demonstrating complex commercial/residential projects
- Proficiency in Revit, Rhino, and AutoCAD
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Strong knowledge of IBC and California building codes
- Experience leading cross-functional project teams
- Exceptional problem-solving and client management skills
