Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end architectural project delivery from concept to construction documentation
- Develop and present design solutions to clients and stakeholders
- Coordinate with engineering, sustainability, and urban planning teams
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and quality control processes
- Mentor junior architects and conduct design reviews
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and ADA standards
- Integrate sustainable design principles (LEED/BREEAM certification preferred)
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- 10+ years of progressive architectural experience
- Registered Architect license (NY State or equivalent)
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and BIM software
- Proven portfolio of large-scale commercial/residential projects
- Strong knowledge of NYC building codes and permitting processes
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and client relations
- Certification in sustainable design (LEED AP preferred)
