Responsibilities
- Lead design development for commercial and mixed-use projects
- Manage project teams and coordinate with engineering consultants
- Ensure compliance with building codes and sustainability standards
- Present design concepts to clients and stakeholders
- Oversee construction documentation and site supervision
- Mentor junior architects and design staff
- Drive innovation in sustainable architecture practices
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture with 8+ years of experience
- Registered Architect (RA) license required
- Portfolio demonstrating landmark commercial projects
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D rendering tools
- Strong understanding of BIM workflows
- LEED AP certification preferred
- Exceptional client communication and presentation skills
- Experience leading teams of 5+ architects
