Responsibilities
- Lead architectural design development for commercial and mixed-use projects
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers and consultants
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and client relationships
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and sustainability standards
- Develop detailed construction documents and specifications
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies
- Mentor junior architects and design staff
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- 10+ years of progressive architectural experience
- Registered Architect license (New York State)
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D visualization tools
- Portfolio demonstrating complex project leadership
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Strong understanding of NYC building codes and regulations
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
