Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project delivery from conceptual design to construction documentation
- Develop innovative architectural solutions adhering to BIM standards and sustainability protocols
- Manage client relationships and stakeholder communications across project lifecycle
- Mentor junior architects and coordinate multidisciplinary design teams
- Ensure compliance with local zoning codes, ADA regulations, and building safety standards
- Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for complex urban developments
- Present design concepts to municipal review boards and community stakeholders
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Architecture with 7+ years of progressive experience
- Registered Architect (RA) license required
- Expert proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Rhino with parametric design capabilities
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale commercial/residential projects
- LEED AP BD+C certification preferred
- Exceptional portfolio showcasing complex technical and aesthetic solutions
- Demonstrated experience with Chicago zoning ordinances and municipal approvals
- Strong leadership skills with experience directing cross-functional teams
