Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for complex real-world applications
- Lead cross-functional research initiatives from conceptualization to production deployment

Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of publishing in NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent venues
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow with 100k+ parameter model deployment experience
- Strong background in distributed computing and GPU optimization
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-disciplinary AI projects from prototype to production
