As our IT Intern, you will work closely with our senior IT staff to ensure the smooth operation of our technical infrastructure. You will gain exposure to real-world problem-solving, hardware maintenance, and software deployment processes. Responsibilities
- Assist with daily helpdesk operations and technical troubleshooting for internal staff.
- Help in the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of workstation hardware and peripherals.
- Participate in routine network monitoring and server room maintenance tasks.
- Support the team in managing software licenses, inventory documentation, and asset tagging.
- Collaborate on IT security initiatives, including antivirus management and user access control.
- Document technical procedures and update internal knowledge base articles.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of office equipment for new hires.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows/macOS) and office productivity software.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (LAN/WAN, IP addressing, DNS) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Highly motivated, eager to learn, and capable of managing time effectively.
