As an IT Executive, you will act as the backbone of our digital environment, ensuring seamless system operations, network reliability, and technical support. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain day-to-day IT infrastructure, ensuring maximum system uptime and performance.
- Provide comprehensive desktop support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues across the organization.
- Oversee network administration tasks, including configuration, monitoring, and maintenance of switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Implement and manage system backups and disaster recovery protocols to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with vendors for technical support and procurement of hardware/software requirements.
- Monitor server performance and execute routine patches and security updates to safeguard sensitive healthcare data.
- Provide technical documentation and user training for new systems and software rollouts.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in IT support, network administration, or system engineering.
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and O365 management.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting tools.
- Experience in the healthcare sector or a highly regulated industry is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical staff.
- Proactive problem-solver with a strong sense of urgency regarding system maintenance and incident response.
