Responsibilities
- Strategic leadership of all hotel departments including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and concierge services
- Develop and implement operational budgets achieving 15% year-over-year revenue growth
- Drive guest satisfaction scores above 95% through service excellence initiatives
- Manage vendor relationships and procurement for 5-star amenities
- Lead crisis management and emergency response protocols
- Mentor department heads and implement staff development programs
- Analyze market trends and adjust pricing strategies accordingly
Qualifications
- 10+ years in luxury hospitality management with 5+ years at senior level
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in competitive markets
- Fluency in English; Arabic proficiency highly valued
- Relevant degree in Hospitality Management or Business Administration
- Strong P&L management and cost control expertise
- Experience with Opera PMS and CRM systems
- Certification in Hotel Management (e.g., CHIA, AHLEI)
