Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Proven track record of 5+ years in Operations Management or a similar leadership role.
- Experience in the Financial Services or Tech industry is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of leading diverse teams.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Slack).
- Relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
